When you browse or order, Kuzooo may process your name, phone number, email address, delivery/billing address, cart and order contents, account/session information, support history, return evidence, payment references and payment status, courier/tracking information, and basic browser/device or network information used for security and analytics.

Account and contact details are used for account access, checkout, delivery, support and requested communications. Cart, order, payment, shipment, return and refund information is used to perform transactions, fulfil orders, reconcile providers, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and maintain necessary business records. Browser, session and campaign information is used for storefront security, continuity, diagnostics and measurement subject to the tracking choices described below. Return evidence is used only to review the related claim, fraud or dispute workflow.

Kuzooo calculates order amounts on the server and uses Razorpay for prepaid payment processing when enabled. Kuzooo stores payment identifiers, amount, status and payment-matching records needed to operate an order, but does not need to store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Those payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. If you enter your name and mobile number at checkout but the order is not placed, Kuzooo keeps them for a short time and may message you once to help complete the order; this is skipped if you have declined tracking.

To deliver an order, the minimum information needed for fulfilment may be shared with courier and logistics providers, including Shiprocket or the courier selected for the shipment. This can include recipient name, phone number, address, order/shipment details and tracking identifiers.

When configured, Kuzooo uses Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Meta advertising measurement (including browser Pixel and server-side Conversion API events) to understand visits, page interactions, product views, cart activity, checkout and purchases. Clarity may capture masked session-interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page rendering; input values and sensitive content remain subject to Clarity masking and Kuzooo's configuration. These systems may receive browser/device identifiers, page or product information, event identifiers, order value and currency, and other measurement data permitted by their configuration. Kuzooo does not intentionally place passwords, full payment credentials or return-evidence files into advertising events. You can turn this measurement off for your browser at any time using the tracking preferences control at the bottom of this page.

The storefront uses cookies or similar browser storage for essential sessions, customer/admin authentication, cart or account continuity and security. Analytics or advertising technologies may also use browser identifiers when those integrations are enabled. Blocking essential storage can prevent login, cart or checkout features from working correctly.

Newsletter and promotional messaging is optional. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link or contact Kuzooo. Transactional messages about an order, payment, delivery, return, refund or security event may still be sent when needed to provide the service you requested.

Kuzooo customer accounts, checkout and privacy requests are intended to be operated by adults. A parent or guardian who believes a child's personal information was provided to Kuzooo can use the privacy-request process below so Kuzooo can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Kuzooo retains order, payment, shipment, refund, return, fraud-prevention, accounting and support records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, payment and order verification, dispute handling, security and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Short-lived authentication and verification records are intended to expire sooner. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified through normal retention processes.

You can ask Kuzooo to review, correct or erase personal information associated with you, raise a privacy grievance, or make another privacy-related request using the privacy-request form or by writing to support@kuzooo.com. Some transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained even after an account or marketing profile is deleted. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Kuzooo uses access controls, authenticated admin sessions, request validation, webhook verification, logging/redaction controls and other technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers receive data only for the functions they perform for Kuzooo, such as hosting, payment, fulfilment, email, analytics or advertising measurement.
