Submitting checkout creates an order record subject to payment or COD confirmation, stock availability, address/serviceability checks and fraud or operational review. Kuzooo may cancel or hold an order when payment does not complete, the item becomes unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, fraud/abuse is suspected, or fulfilment cannot safely proceed. Any money already captured for a cancelled prepaid order must be handled through the refund workflow.

The final payable amount is calculated by Kuzooo on the server from the current product price, applicable discounts, shipping and COD charges shown at checkout. Where an MRP is displayed for a product to which packaged-commodity declarations apply, the statutory product-declaration section identifies the MRP as inclusive of applicable taxes. A price or promotion can change before checkout, but the order stores the price snapshot used when that order is created.

Prepaid payments are processed through Razorpay when enabled. An order is not treated as paid merely because the browser reports success; Kuzooo verifies provider records/webhooks before progressing the paid order. If a payment is captured but the normal browser return fails, Kuzooo may reconcile the payment directly with the provider. COD availability can depend on product, order-value, delivery and risk controls.

Kuzooo may use Shiprocket and/or courier partners to create shipments and provide tracking. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because courier, weather, address, regional serviceability and other events can change delivery timing. Customers must provide a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number.

Cancellation availability depends on the order stage. Orders that have already been handed to the courier, delivered, or entered another terminal fulfilment state may not be cancellable through the normal pre-shipment cancellation path. Kuzooo does not impose a customer cancellation charge unless a corresponding business-side cancellation rule is lawful and clearly disclosed.

Return eligibility, claim windows, evidence requirements and non-refundable charges are shown in the Return Policy and are also snapshotted with the order where supported. Approved prepaid refunds are sent through the payment provider and cannot exceed the amount actually captured after accounting for earlier refunds. Refund timing after provider acceptance can depend on the payment method or bank.

Kuzooo aims to keep titles, photographs, dimensions, material/finish descriptions, prices, stock and statutory declarations accurate. Handmade or natural materials can have reasonable variations in shape, texture or finish. If a material product detail is wrong, contact customer care so the order can be reviewed under the applicable support/return policy.

Published product reviews are intended to come from genuine customer/order activity and may be moderated for abuse, personal data, unlawful content or material that does not relate to the product. Kuzooo does not promise that every submitted review will be published.

Consumer complaints are intended to be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month from receipt.

Kuzooo operates for customers in India and these terms are interpreted subject to applicable Indian consumer, ecommerce and other mandatory laws. Kuzooo may update these terms for future orders when operations, providers, policies or law change. The version applicable to an already-created order does not erase rights or records that arose when that order was placed.
